My Journey:
I spent most of my life wandering through different careers and longing for a sense of purpose. Engineering Recruitment, The Travel Industry, Makeup for TV and Film, Massage Therapy - you name it, I tried it. I invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in myself, my education, and personal development, always in search of what “traditional job” I fit into. Something never felt quite right though.
It wasn’t until I went through some serious “dark night of the soul” moments (let’s be real... years), cracked the F open and reunited with my intuitive essence, that life started to flow.
In 2015 I was guided to leave my secure job and open my first start-up: a boutique fitness studio. Business school? Nope. Strategy and accounting training? Negative. A deep trust I was meant to, and a knowing there was no other way? Yes. From the mission statement to the name to the core values - I let spirit guide me. I now own and operate multiple thriving businesses including my six-figure coaching practice and I couldn’t be more in gratitude for the journey and lessons I’ve learnt along the way.
Because I have seen it all - my lows: depressed, over-functioning and relying on government assistance to pay rent, to my highs: coming home to who I am, living on purpose, leading from my intuition and experiencing 30k+ months and complete freedom as an Entrepreneur, I know in my core it’s possible for others.

I work with my intuition as my main tool. I have a wild ability to access your “highest self” just by being in your energy. Does it make sense? No. Does it work? Like a charm.
I will meet you exactly where you are at - and to be blunt: cut the bullsh*t and get straight to the roots of any blockages, pain, or confusion that are holding you back from living your most badass life. I work with the mind, body, and spirit to anchor in lasting change and establish new levels of personal and professional mastery.
Also.. My human design is a manifestor. This means vision, idea generation, and elevated creations are my specialties. I have downloaded business names, sales pages, full programs, mission statements, book outlines, creative ventures and have helped clients bring to life their visions and businesses from the ground up. I love this work, it lights me up like a firecracker.
My Backstory, My Mentors + How The F I Even Got Here.
I am f*cking obsessed with personal and professional transformation, and helping others step into their power and align with their mission on this planet. My mentors include some heavy hitters in the space such as Hay House Authors Rebecca Campbell, Lynette Brown, Dr. Divi Chandra, Melanie Ann Layer and Shadow Work specialist, Author, and Psychotherapist Robert Masters.
I have been through the wringer with love, loss, the business fails, co-dependency, chronic stress, shitty belief systems, adrenal fatigue, trauma, bullying, and barely getting by - essentially living completely in the fog with no purpose and little hope. I was so far out of alignment with myself, my soul, and my mission in this lifetime I had to travel to the brink of insanity and chaos to wake up and steer myself back home. I did it for me first, now I have the privilege of helping others do the same. I am deeply loving, honest, raw, and authentic and I bring humour and light to topics that can feel dense and heavy at times. I’ve got you.
